About Antonio Cousin
I’m Antonio Cousin, Broker/Owner of Service 1st Real Estate, an award‑winning real estate brokerage serving Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and Southeast Louisiana. I’ve been a licensed Realtor® since 2010, beginning my career in Texas before returning home to Louisiana in 2016 to help clients buy, sell, and invest with clarity and confidence.
Over the past decade, I’ve closed hundreds of residential and commercial transactions while building my own diverse real estate portfolio, including single‑family, multifamily, and commercial properties across Louisiana. This experience allows me to guide clients not only as a broker but as an active real estate investor who understands how to maximize returns and create generational wealth.
Under my leadership, Service 1st Real Estate was voted 2025 Best Real Estate Company in Baton Rouge. My work has also been featured by New Orleans CityBusiness Magazine as One to Watch in Real Estate and by PropertySpark as one of the Top 50 Louisiana Real Estate Agents on Social Media.

I hold a BS in Agricultural Business from Louisiana State University, an MBA in Marketing from the University of North Texas, and professional designations including ABR®, e‑PRO®, and CCIM Candidate status.
